MANAGEMENT PROFILE
Chief Executive Officer
William Gyude Koon
William Gyude Koon is an eminent Liberian entrepreneur, founder and Chief Executive Officer of DESSCORP. Koon has served as DESSCORP’s CEO since 2018. In this role, he makes corporate decisions and manages the overall operations and resources of the company.
Koon brings nearly 10 years of executive leadership experience at Accident and Casualty Insurance Company (ACICO), where he served as General Manager.
He holds an MSc Degree in Global Finance from Coventry University London, obtained in 2018, and a BBA Degree in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic, Liberia.
Finance Manager
Azareal Pee Saydee
Azareal Pee Saydee is DESSCORP’s Finance Manager, a position he has held since 2024. He is responsible for financial analysis, including reconciliations, project cost forecasting and budgeting, monitoring and control, financial statements and cash flow management.
Azareal served as Finance Manager for Sophie Real Estate and Construction Company (SORECCO) from 2021 to 2023. In that role, he was responsible for the preparation of assets, liabilities and capital accounts.
He holds an MBA Degree in Finance from Cuttington University Graduate School (2026) and a BSc Degree in Accounting from African Methodist Episcopal Zion University (2021).
Operations Manager
Trokon Vah
Trokon Vah is DESSCORP’s Operations Manager, a position he has held since 2016.
Vah previously served as Operations Manager at T2 Filling Station, Liberia, a chain of gas stations, from 2013 to 2016. In that role, he was responsible for stock and trading, shipping, corporate policy, business expansion and strategy, as well as government and public affairs.
Trokon earned a BBA Degree in Management from the University of Liberia in 2012.
Safety & Compliance Manager
Adrian M. Jacobs
Adrian M. Jacobs is DESSCORP’s Safety and Compliance Manager, a position he has occupied since 2026.
Adrian holds a BBA Degree in Management from the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University.
Marketing & Retail Manager
Faith P. Borlay
Faith P. Borlay serves as DESSCORP’s Marketing and Retail Manager, a position she has held since 2026.
Faith is multiskilled and highly experienced. She previously served as Credit Manager at Lifesaver Micro Lending Business from 2018 to 2020.
She holds a BBA Degree in Management from the University of Liberia (2023) and is currently pursuing an MBA Degree in Marketing Management at Cuttington University Graduate School.
